THE ROLE
As the Salon Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the salon, ensuring a clean, inviting space and top-quality service for clients. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
What You'll Do:
Engage in morning team meetings to plan appointments and share creative ideas.
Perform a variety of hair services including cuts, colours, and styling.
Create and enforce policies to enhance team performance and client satisfaction
Maintain a clean and sanitary salon environment
Manage inventory so the salon is stocked and team have access to tools and products.
Address and resolve any client complaints to ensure a positive experience
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Requirements:
Minimum Level 4 NZ Hairdressing Certificate or international equivalent qualification.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on hair colouring and cutting experience.
Previous salon experience with a focus on team management
